Meet Kacy

As I ramp up to release Baby Girl Book 3: City by the Bay I am going to introduce you to a few of the new characters, 1 a week, who grace the pages of this novella. First up is Kacy, owner and lead bartender at Happy Trails located in the beautiful city of San Francisco.

Happy Trails

The warm glow and rhythmic beat of Happy Trails coaxed me into spending what was left of my evening at the bar. A few customers dotted the wood slab, and Kacy’s eyes lit up when she saw me.

Margarita's are everywhere in San Francisco and every bar seems to have their own version. Here are Kacy's.
Low calorie.

1.5 shots tequila (Petrone is the best)
.5 shot of Grand Marnier
A few ice cubes
Fill shaker 1/2 full of sprite zero
Top with a dash of sour mix
Shake and pour into glass lipped with salt, garnish with lime
To get salt to stick rub a lime around rim then salt

For the higher calorie version skip the sprite zero, use more sour mix, add a dash of orange juice.

Mini Rita Shot 

Place 1 ice cube in shaker
Pour 1 shot tequilla over it
Pour in 1 shot Grand Marnier

Splash lime juice
Shake and pour into salt rimmed shot glass, garnish with a lime

This is a drink Kacy takes no credit for the Salted Caramel, although her customers love it.

1.5 shots caramel vodka
.5 shot Rum Chata
Shake with a cube of ice to get chilled effect and pour into salt rimmed shot glass

Here is another that takes no credit for, again a favorite with the customers, the Buttkrack.

1 to 1.5 shots Butterscotch liqueur
.5 to 1 shot Kraken Rum
Shake with an ice cube to get chilled and pour into a shot glass

Cleo temporarily Shanna's favorite is Kacy's Cocktail 

Fill the shaker halfway with ice

1 shot Kahlua

1 shot vanilla vodka

1 shot chocolate vodka

1 shot Frangelico

top with french vanilla coffee creamer or 2% milk

Shake and pour

Last, don't try this if you have a weak stomach, Napalm Death.
pour into shaker with single ice cube
1 part Fireball
1 part Kraken
shake, pour and drink quick
